Standard Shipping

Our normal shipping method is via USPS ground. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery within the U.S. and up to 14 business days for international shipments from the date we successfully process your order.

Returns & Replacements: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. All products are inspected and hand packaged with the highest quality shipping materials in order to ensure a safe delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 5 business days of receipt for a replacement.

Account Registration: Filling the registration form and registering is required to complete any transaction on treasurecraftrecords.com. You may register or login to your account by accessing the "my account" link. Registering also allows you to:

Digital Products: Upon completing the checkout process your digital products will be available for download. You can find your download links by logging in and clicking on "My Downloads" on your account page.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped to California are subject to a sales tax of 9.75% of the purchase amount. Digital products are not subject to sales tax.
